Areas of specialty include shell building and tenant improvements, sustainable MEP designs and prototype design and rollout services for hotels, health clubs, mixed-use lifestyle centers and restaurants.

Acertus Consulting Group holds professional engineering registrations in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Our experience includes all 50 states, District of Columbia, Canada and Puerto Rico. Acertus Consulting Group is a USGBC member and has in-house LEED professional accreditation. Energy simulations, life-cycle cost analysis, compliance calculations and field investigations are also offered by our engineering team.
