Project Details
Acertus Consulting Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services for the retail center portion of this 17-acre commercial re-development project in Kansas City, Kansas. The site was previously an abandoned hotel and truck stop and now has a 30,000 square foot shopping center and Sun Fresh grocery store as part of the plaza. Acertus was involved from start-to-finish with the architect in the master utility planning, site lighting design, core and shell building construction drawings as well as the tenant improvements for many of the restaurants, offices and retail tenants that now occupy the shopping center.
